We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our client's Technology Team

Working hours ~15:00 - 00:00 (mid-shift)

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines

Screening interviews will take place 3rd – 6th November

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support to the Supply Chain team, including daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.

  • Deliver clear, unambiguous, and actionable insights to Supply Chain teams to drive positive business performance.

  • Assist in root cause analysis for issues identified through data insights and KPI reporting.

  • Maintain and enhance analytical tools and services to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of data flows and dependencies within the Supply Chain to enable effective data-centric storytelling.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or similar

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables and data visualization)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and derive actionable insights from data

  • Experience in KPI reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

  • Ability to maintain and enhance analytical tools and services for operational efficiency

  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Capacity to deliver data-centric storytelling that influences business decisions

  • Understanding of data flows and dependencies within Supply Chain environments
