Job Role and Description:
Denova is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team in a fully remote, entry-level PMO / Personal Assistant role. This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in project management and communications within a fast-growing, forward-thinking company. You’ll work closely with our Co-Founders, providing executive support, while also assisting the wider team with project coordination and internal communications. We’re committed to your growth - this role is designed to evolve into a Project Manager or Change Manager position as you gain experience and confidence. This role is open solely to fresh 2025 graduates based in the Philippines. You will work on a fully-remote setup, following mid-shift hours (15:00 to 00:00 Philippine Time)
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage email correspondence, internal communications and briefing notes
Monitor and manage task lists, set reminders and follow up on deadlines
Support preparation of materials for client meetings, responses to RFx or any other internal documentation
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Assist in onboarding new employees
Support sales team with lead generation activities
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and presentations
Maintain and update project documentation, logs and RAID registers
Help ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates and governance procedures
Coordinate with distributed teams to gather updates and inputs for reporting
Assist in compiling feedback, survey results and stakeholder insights
Assist with budget-related tasks (expenses, bookings, PO and Invoice tracking and etc)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Impeccable attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
