Job description
We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our client's Procurement team
Working hours ~19:00 - 04:00 (night-shift)
This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines
Screening interviews will take place 27th - 31st October
Key Responsibilities:
Support Procurement Operations
Help build and maintain reliable, standardized procurement processes that ensure compliance and meet business needsMonitor Procurement Metrics
Track key performance indicators such as cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance. Share insights with the team to support better decision-makingCoordinate Contract and Approval Workflows
Work with internal teams to manage contract processes and approvals, ensuring they are efficient and meet company policiesAssist with Sourcing and Supplier Management
Support sourcing activities and supplier negotiations to help achieve cost savings and maintain strong vendor relationshipsMaintain and Improve Procurement Tools
Manage the procurement platform (Zip), ensuring it runs smoothly, automates tasks, and provides visibility across teamsImprove Procurement Processes
Use available tools and best practices to speed up contract reviews, support supplier checks, and help analyze spending dataFollow Up on Supplier Performance
Regularly review supplier activities to ensure they continue to deliver value and meet expectationsPromote Procurement Best Practices
Help train and guide team members across departments to follow consistent and compliant procurement proceduresSupport Team Development
Assist in organizing team roles and workflows to ensure smooth operations and help the team grow effectively
Job requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
4+ years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, sourcing, and supplier management, including contract negotiation and risk assessment - mandatory
Comfortable with procurement technology, including experience using modern platforms and tools (e.g., Zip, Workday, OneTrust, Zycus, Coupa)
Process-oriented thinker with the ability to improve and scale procurement systems that support compliance, efficiency, and business goals
Collaborative mindset, skilled at working with cross-functional teams to streamline contract and approval processes while maintaining compliance
Data-savvy, with experience tracking procurement metrics such as cost savings, supplier performance, and risk, and using insights to improve operations
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, with a focus on building long-term vendor relationships and delivering cost-effective outcomes
