Job description

Denova is seeking a driven Trainer with Coupa, Ariba or any other procurement system expertise to join our team. We need a specialist to translate complex systems into clear, actionable learning paths. You will ensure our global users are proficient and empowered to use our tools effectively to drive business value.

This role requires availability for mid-shift and is open exclusively to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create role-based high-quality Coupa training materials aligned to the configured solution

  • Deliver end‑user and super‑user training during the implementation phase

  • Translate future‑state business processes into clear system usage guidance

  • Build and manage structured learning journeys that align with our global transformation goals

  • Measure training effectiveness and user adoption

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands‑on experience delivering Procurement system or ERP training, ideally with Coupa platform training exposure

  • 3+ years’ experience in technical training, instructional design, or L&D, with end‑to‑end responsibility for training needs analysis and delivery

  • Proven ability to design high‑quality training collateral, including step‑by‑step guides, video/Loom tutorials, and LMS or interactive learning content

  • Strong understanding of procurement / P2P and invoicing processes, with the ability to identify user gaps and system friction points

  • Excellent English communication and facilitation skills, confident engaging diverse stakeholders in virtual training environments
