Job description

We are looking for a junior SAP Ariba Analyst to support our growing Source-to-Pay practice and provide services to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of Ariba exposure and a genuine interest in data who wants to deepen their expertise in procurement technology.

Working hours ~15:00 - 00:00 (mid-shift)

This opportunity is open only to candidates based in the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP Ariba modules ([Sourcing / Buying & Invoicing / Ariba Network]), resolving user and supplier queries within agreed SLAs

  • Perform basic configuration and maintenance tasks - approval flows, templates, master data, user access and roles

  • Support supplier onboarding and enablement on the Ariba Network, including troubleshooting registration and transaction issues

  • Investigate and resolve integration errors between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC, escalating complex issues to senior team members

  • Assist with testing for system upgrades, quarterly SAP releases and new module/functionality rollouts

  • Maintain process documentation, user guides and knowledge base articles, and support end-user training

  • Extract, clean and consolidate data from SAP Ariba, SAP ECC and other sources for analysis and reporting

  • Analyse procurement data — spend, savings, supplier performance, cycle times, contract compliance, system adoption — to spot trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc analysis for Procurement, Finance and IT stakeholders

  • Gather reporting requirements from the business and work with the reporting team to make sure dashboards answer the right questions

  • Support data quality initiatives — identify root causes of master data issues and help drive them to resolution

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering - mandatory

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) - you'll be working directly with global stakeholders and suppliers - mandatory

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (support, configuration, implementation or operations) - mandatory

  • Hands-on Power BI experience and a strong understanding of how dashboards work — you can navigate, interrogate and sense-check a report, understand the data model behind it, and recognise when a figure looks wrong. Familiarity with Power Query and DAX

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large datasets) and confidence working with messy data

  • Working understanding of Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes

  • Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders — visual choices, narrative, and the "so what"

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests without dropping any of them

  • Experience in a shared services, GBS or BPO environment supporting global clients
