Job description

We are seeking a skilled Supplier Relationship Manager to join us here in Denova as part of our exclusive talent pool!

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee supplier validation, compliance checks and onboarding processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Collaborate with business units and act as a primary point of contact for any supplier-related issues.

  • Develop key performance indicators to monitor and enhance supplier performance, and continuously identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.

  • Establish performance metrics to track progress.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and address underperformances and service discrepancies.

  • Stay on top of supplier onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare reports on supplier performance, spend, and compliance.

  • Streamline workflow to ensure smooth operations and develop contingency plans in case of supplier disruptions.

Job requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field – mandatory

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement with a focus on supplier relationship - mandatory

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple suppliers

  • Solid understanding of supplier due diligence and compliance guidelines

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and provide detailed reports

  • Proficiency in Procurement tools such as SAP Ariba / Coupa or similar
