Job description
We are seeking a skilled Supplier Relationship Manager to join us here in Denova as part of our exclusive talent pool!
This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee supplier validation, compliance checks and onboarding processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Collaborate with business units and act as a primary point of contact for any supplier-related issues.
Develop key performance indicators to monitor and enhance supplier performance, and continuously identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.
Establish performance metrics to track progress.
Conduct regular performance reviews and address underperformances and service discrepancies.
Stay on top of supplier onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare reports on supplier performance, spend, and compliance.
Streamline workflow to ensure smooth operations and develop contingency plans in case of supplier disruptions.

Job requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field – mandatory
4+ years of experience in procurement with a focus on supplier relationship - mandatory
Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple suppliers
Solid understanding of supplier due diligence and compliance guidelines
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and provide detailed reports
Proficiency in Procurement tools such as SAP Ariba / Coupa or similar
